We do store your personal data title, first name, last name, job title, cell phone number, email address and employer, if you are a representative of a business who has been invoiced by us. The data is stored to contact our business partners properly when doing business with them.
1. In comment fields in our database for business transactions (invoices, customers) as well as email programs we use, additional personal data may be stored in an unstructured manner. These are stored in the course of business communication, which is unavoidable. Due to them being unstructured they cannot be found, retrieved, deleted or manipulated in a practicable manner.
2. On our website your email address will be stored if you want to do so. This is optional, the email address will not be listed on the site, and will only be used to send your username and password to you in case you forget either of the two. BTW, the username you enter on is completely up to you and we recommend you do not use your real name there.
3. If you are an employee or ex-employee of SPW GmbH. your address and social security number is stored with our bookkeeping firm. The data is stored there for tax reasons.
If you want to have a copy of your data stored with us please contact us at http://www.spw.info/spw/kontakt.cfm and we will provide you with a copy of the data. For data protection reasons it will only be sent to the email address we have on file for you.

We will then check with our bookkeepers whether it is possible to delete them or whether they need to be kept for tax reasons. If it is possible to delete them, we will delete them within 72 hours after the ok from our bookkeepers. In any case we will inform you via the email address we have on file for you.
If you need to have a correction of your data, please contact

We will then check with our bookkeepers whether it is possible to correct them or
whether they need to be kept as is (for instance if they were printed on an invoice) for tax reasons. If it is possible to correct them,
we will correct them within 72 hours after the ok from our bookkeepers. In any
